TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Invoice and payment options/details will be sent as soon as we verified the ORDER FORM.
- PAYMENT FIRST POLICY is strictly implemented (so that we'll deal only with the sure ones. FIRST PAID FIRST SERVE BASIS. Once paid, inform us thru SMS or PM with the complete payment details. Once confirmed, we'll include your order in the JOB LIST.
- We only accept payments thru GCASH, LBC, WESTERN UNION, BPI, and BDO.
- Lead time is 2-4 weeks upon receipt of full payment (or depending on our current workload).
- RUSH FEE will be charged on top of the total invoice (if we can accommodate rush orders).
- We only ship via Erim Express/LBC (PH) and Philpost/EMS (International). Shipping fee will be shouldered by the client, and depends on the location and volume of order.
- Our price is inclusive of layouting charge. Revisions will be up to two corrections only. So, we suggest you provide a more detailed order (COLOR, FONT STYLE, LAYOUT CONCEPT, etc.) P50.00 will be charged for every revision in excess of the allotted 2 revisions per layout.
- Kindly ensure counter-checking of the spellings and other details.
- Once order form is placed and submitted, it is final and agreed that you're sure to order. So, any delay on the payment or cancellation of order will be charged accordingly and will include you on our BLACKLIST.
- If you wish to cancel your order after we sent the layout/s of your order/s, P100.00 per layout will be charged. This is because we did not give your slot to other interested customers, or 25% of total amount paid, whichever is higher.
- We will entertain complaints and other incident reports only w/in a 5-day period upon dispatch date.
- Once items were turned-over to the service courier, we are not held liable for any damages, mishandlings or delays. We are not in control of their service, but we will extend any assistance we can, if any incident will arise.
