ORDER PROCESS
- Fill-up ORDER FORM (OF) if 100% sure and willing to wait.
- We will review OF and check if all details needed are provided.
- Once approved, INVOICE and MODES of PAYMENT will be sent via Facebook or email address provided in the OF.
- Allowance of two (2) weeks is given to settle full payment. Only FULLY-PAID OFs will be included on the Job List. Non receipt of payment within the 2-week period will automatically CANCEL the OF and will be included on our BLACKLIST.
- Once payment is verified, we will acknowledge it advise your queue number in the Job List. You can follow up once a week for your new queue number.
- Dispatch date of orders will be advised upon presentation of layouts for approval via email or Facebook.
- Lead-time is ONE MONTH (or more depending on the current workload and announcement) upon receipt of full payment (every Tuesday and Friday dispatch only).
